Exhaust feels great. Looks like it has quality finish that should last. Sounds great too. Would be 5 stars, but I feel it should have came with an exhaust gasket. Instructions say to re-use the gasket out of factory exhaust. Wouldn’t be an issue if the original gasket wasn’t stuck to stock exhaust, ripped apart when pulled away from it. Brand new bike too so it’s not rusted.
The exhaust fit perfect. The quality was excellent. I loved the fact that it was made in America . I highly recommend it to anyone thinking about buying one.
I bought this slip on exhaust for my new 2024 Ninja 500 to replace the terrible sounding stock exhaust. Not only does it sound 500 times better, but the install was VERY easy. It’s loud but not too loud and has a nice deep growl to it. Just make sure to place it on the outside of the holding bracket, not the inside like the original stock exhaust does. I made a quick YouTube video on it just search ‘2024 ninja 500 exhaust replacement’ if you want to look, see and hear how it sounds installed. You won’t regret it. Coffman slip on exhaust is THE product to buy. Highly highly recommended. You won’t find a better deal anywhere else online for this type of exhaust. Worth every penny!

- Preinstalled removable CNC machined db-killer (baffle) retained inside the tip through the highest quality high-temp silicone O-Ring, spacer, and snap-ring.
- Includes a large perforated core encompassed by replaceable packing assisting in heat management and sound suppression.
- All pipes are manufactured from 304 stainless steel tubing that is CNC machined, mandrel bent then tig welded to perfection.
